Absolut Viking is a part o Absolut Legends series, which was originaly presented in winter 2002. Absolut Legends were reprinted in Scanorama magazine in 2003 with the names of all persons (Valborg, Alva, Midsommar, Lucia, Nacken, Oxdans, Valkyria and Viking).
The Absolut Legends campaign is inspired by traditional Swedish myths. The interpretation of these myths and legends in a modern way by fashion wizard Jean-Paul Gaultier, resulted in stunning haute couter. He bought to life the Viking, the Scandinavian merchant who without fear headed out to conquer the seven seas and discover unknown land, Even though we should have been too old for playing games, I guess we all felt a little bit like Vikings that summer...
